Classes & Courses
My path weaves together the worlds of yoga, contemplative practices and psychotherapy. Qualifying as a yoga teacher a decade ago and a yoga therapist five years ago, I am currently in transpersonal psychotherapy training. In my teaching I often draw on somatic wisdom and Buddhist teachings. I offer a space where movement, stillness and awareness meet- allowing the body to remember its own intelligence and ease.

If you have any questions, please get in touch- I love to hear from you. Beginners are very welcomed in my classes. If you can’t make it live, there is sometimes the possibility of accessing the recording, do let me know if you’d like this.

This is a slow, gentle class, mainly floor-based, suitable for most people, however when you are practicing via live stream, it is your responsibility to assess whether the class is suitable for you.
If you are injured or ill, you should always consult a doctor before practicing. For everyone, regardless of your health, it is up to you to gauge the safety of your practice.
Whilst practicing you should not experience pain during or after the class.

If you don’t already have it, download ZOOM. The class link will be sent you once you have booked online.

You don’t really need anything, but a yoga mat is useful, as are a blanket and two big cushions or pillows.
Set up your space before the class starts making sure your phone is off so you can make the most of the practice.

This is the same price as attending the live class.
